Parking Lot Repair/Resurface Golden Acres

Scope of Work: Marion County Housing Authority is seeking proposal for the repair/resurfacing of the parking lot in Salem, IL. The current parking lot has several uneven surfaces/trip hazards. Finished parking lot should have a fresh surface that will allow the water to run off appropriately and be free of any trip hazards. 1. Locations where the parking lot will need repair/resurfaced will be the front parking lot when you pull into Golden acres located at 624 West Schwartz street (lot may be viewed during business hours or by appointment) 2. Photos are attached for reference. 3. If any unknown issues arise during the performance of work, and issues need to be addressed in order for work to be completed in a satisfactory manner, please notify MCHA immediately to address the issue. 4. The contractor shall be responsible for all repairs to damage of building(s), drives, fences, landscaping, etc. caused by their employees or vendors during the work process. All repairs shall be made to owner's satisfaction at contractor's expense. 5. Plan to schedule the work to be done in the late summer to early fall.
