| Description | The project generally includes the removal and replacement of the existing modified bitumen roofing system of the Evesham Fire Department Building located at the 26 E. Main Street. This work includes the replacement of the existing insulation, cover board, base sheet and cap sheet as well as the replacement of scupper boxes and other ancillary improvements. The Base Bid is for the replacement of an approximately 5,500 SF roof with alternate bids including replacing aluminum railing, painting existing parapet roofing, replacing downspouts & gutters, and replacing dentil and frieze boards with vinyl boards. |
