Description

**As of September 12, 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Riverside Lift Station: o Demolition of existing ejector station o Construction of complete, duplex submersible lift station including connections to existing gravity sanitary sewer and force main o All associated pumps, valves, piping, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and site work o Bypass pumping Griswold Lift Station: o Installation of complete odor control unit o All associated piping, valve, electrical, and site work Including all appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) State Revolving Fund (SRF). SRF monies will be received by the City of Hart. DavisBacon/Prevailing Federal Wages apply to this project. Federal Labor Standards Provisions and associated documents that are incorporated in this contract are included in Appendix A. The SRF Project Number is 5722-01. The Contractor also will be required to comply with the debarment and American Iron and Steel contractual language included in Appendix A. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least one hundred twenty (120) days thereafter. Construction activities are to begin as soon as possible following contract award. The project shall be completed in accordance with the following: Substantial Completion - March 29, 2024. Final Completion - May 24, 2024.
