Description

The Project consists of two pre-engineered metal buildings. The first building will serve as the City’s new Public Works/Parks & Leisure Administration Building and contains Fire Station No. 3. The second building is the Heated Vehicle Storage Building containing 6 storage bays in the base bid and 2 additional bays on the south end as an Add Alternate. Associated sitework and fuel storage tanks are part of the Service Center project scope.
