City-wide Pavement Preservation - Microsurfacing

The City of Rockford requests bids from qualified companies to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for City-Wide Pavement Preservation Microsurfacing as described in these specifications. The work consists of microsurfacing a portion of Calvin Park Boulevard Vendor must begin work within ten (10) days of Notice to Proceed. Once Notice to Proceed has been givn, Vendor will have until September 15, 2023 to complete the project Question Deadline 07/10/2023 at 12:00 PM CT Questions regarding this Bid/RFP shall be addressed to: Dajana Glisic - dajana.glisic@rockfordil.gov Each bidder shall submit with his bid the information specified in the bid documents for compliance with the laws of the State of Illinois on Fair Employment Practices and with the City of Rockford's Ordinanceon Equal Employment and Business Opportunity. Any bid which fails to include the compliance items properly completed will not be read and will not be considered. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The City of Rockford reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities
