Stoneman Road Reconstruction

This project involves the reconstruction of Stoneman Road in the City of Dubuque, IA. The project includes removing HMA paving and curb and gutter, installation of storm sewer and related intakes, installation of some water main, perform sanitary sewer repairs, and installation of streetlights. The street pavement work will include installation of a cul-de-sac, installation of a right turn lane on John F. Kennedy Road, and a new dedicated left turn lane on Stoneman Road. The pavement on Stoneman Road will be bid with alternates. The bidder can choose to bid with either HMA or PCC pavement on the bid form. The City will select the lowest overall responsive bid.
