The Project includes the following Work: Project generally includes, but is not limited to: Excavation for, and construction of, below grade cast-in-place concrete walls and tanks Construction of yard piping and manholes Construction of a pre-engineered metal building Construction of building lighting, heating, and ventilation Installation of Control panels and SCADA system Installation of owner procured Trojan UV 3000 Plus System Construction of a new utility water system Painting/coating of structural steel members and concrete walls and tanks. Paving and restoration Erosion and sediment control measures Final grading, seeding and lawn restoration Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%.
