1) Hazardous materials must be abated in accordance with MIOSHA and DEQ regulations and the attached Pre-Demolition Compliance Survey assessment. 2) Compact all clean backfill material with a hoe-pack or vibrating roller compactor. 3) Remove _ _0__ curb(s) cut(s) and entry approach(s). If no service card is provided it is the contractor’s responsibility to insure that neighboring water and sewer services are operational at the conclusion of the demolition. 7) Trees/shrubs: Remove all shrubs, small trees from around home. Remove all stumps, and logs. Tree stump N and next to propane tank. Remove small pine from N. 8) Miscellaneous: Remove concrete blocks, concrete walls and former garage foundation from E yard area. Remove septic tank and drainfield if found adjacent to home Home not on City sewer system. Remove and dispose of propane tank. Remove light pole and light. Remove clothes lines and poles to N. Remove any all hard surfaces from property area and grade full site to blend with surrounding yard areas.
