Description | The project generally includes construction of the: campground service utilities including potable water source, storage, pressurization, and distribution system; electrical distribution and service system; wastewater collection and holding structures; entry guard station and area improvements; utility building and driveway; campsite and camp host shade shelters (pavilions), tables, and fire rings; campsite utility connection pads and marker bollards; campground dumpster pads; group RV / campsite loop roadway, firepit and grill; campsite gravel return lane; concrete and/or asphalt pavement surfacing; and, finish and fine grading of the campsite area. The Management Plan and Statement of Qualifications must be submitted to DFCM via email at dfcm_vbs@utah.gov no later than 12:00 NOON on Monday, October 17, 2022. Submittals received after the specified time will not be accepted. DO NOT SUBMIT VIA U3P. The Cost Proposals and Bid Bonds are to be submitted to DFCM via email at dfcm_vbs@utah.gov no later than 12:00 NOON on Thursday, November 3, 2022. DO NOT SUBMIT VIA U3P. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that delivery to DFCM of all submittals is made by the deadlines established by the Project Schedule. The contractor shall comply with and require all of its subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond form, or equivalent, shall Description accompany the bid submitted to DFCM via email at dfcm_vbs@utah.gov.
