| Description | Transportation and disposal services for a period of five (5). The MCMUA owns two (2) transfer stations, one located in Mount Olive Township, New Jersey and one located in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey (collectively, the “MCMUA Transfer Station Facilities”). The transfer station located in Parsippany-Troy Hills has a not-to-exceed permitted daily capacity of 1,380 tons-per-day with a not-to-exceed weekly permitted capacity of 6,900 tons-per-week. The transfer station located in Mt. Olive Township has a not-to-exceed permitted capacity of 975 tons-per-day. The combined operation, transportation and disposal services involves providing all labor and equipment and materials to operate the MCMUA Transfer Station Facilities, including providing all labor, equipment and materials to Transport and Dispose of all County Solid Waste. |
