| Description | Upper Darby Library Facilities Assessment A uniform fee of 1/6% (.00166) of the expected value of the contract (up to $5,000) is applied only to bidders who are awarded contracts. No fees apply to bidders who submit without being awarded the contract. All interested parties must submit questions via the web-based system, by the posted deadline for questions. Bidders are not permitted to contact the Township Engineer or staff directly. This project is funded by a DCED Keystone Communities Grant. The Contract Documents contain all pertinent regulations. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any portion of any bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Township.
