| Description | To acquire commercial/professional grade turf management equipment. Examples of acceptable items include, but are not limited to: commercial riding mowers, turf utility/maintenance vehicles (non-recreational – generally equipped with turf tires) athletic field maintenance equipment, hydro seeders, slope mowers, commercial walk-behind rotary mowers (32” cut and up) – as well as any and all applicable attachments used in conjunction with the aforementioned. Examples of unacceptable items include, but are not limited to: hand tools (e.g. chain saws, string or blade trimmers, leaf blowers), pressure washers, consumer grade lawn mowers, garden tillers, sprinkler/irrigation systems, golf carts, high performance or sport ATV/UTV’s – as well as any items the State deems not suited to the intent or scope of this contract. , which may be purchased by State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members on an as needed basis. |
