Demolition of Building at 108 W Campbell Ave

The Village has determined to proceed with the Project and to invite bids from prospective contractors to undertake the Work, which is to be commenced within thirty (30) calendar days after the Demolition Contract is awarded by the Village and completed within a period not greater than ninety (90) calendar days thereafter, such Work being more particularly described in the Scope of Work included in the Contract Documents. Dwellings: A. Demolish and dispose of the two-story, single-family house and all of its contents located at 108 W Campbell Ave, Rantoul, IL B. Remove and dispose of the concrete foundation, including the building footings and concrete floor slabs. Property A. All municipal sidewalks are to remain. It is the contractors responsibility to replace any municipal sidewalks damaged during demolition. B. Remove all of the private sidewalks and stoops at the front, side and rear of the house. C. Remove all concrete, stone and brick at the back and side of the house. D. Dispose of all junk and debris from all yards, including, but not limited to, concrete, brick and wood. E. Remove all bushes, brush, tree limbs and small nuisance trees around the house.
