Description

Scope: Contractor shall supply licensed Technicians to perform HVAC services as directed. The contractor will also provide all equipment and supplies associated with HVAC repairs. Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems. Repair / replace systems as directed by the Property Manager. Repair / replace system parts as needed. Charge cooling systems as needed. Provide on call service as needed.
