Description

The City intends to review and analyze the SOQ’s and prepare a list of pre-qualified contractors for bidding the construction work for the horizontal directional drilling of approximately 625 feet of 24-inch fusible PVC pipe under the Big Thompson River, and the Guided Auger Boring and installation of 150-feet of 36-inch steel casing under the Farmers Ditch for the SE 24-Inch PVC Southeast Waterline Phase 1 Project. The pre-qualification list will be valid for this project only. The pre-qualified list for each of the trenchless methodologies will be able to submit sub-contractor bids to a list of pre-qualified general contractors responsible for the installation of the remainder of the 24” PVC waterline utilizing traditional open cut methods.
