Description Water meter installations and advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) software and professional service for a fixed and/or cellular system and perform a basic cross connection survey to identify sump pumps. Meters will be supplied by the Town and will be Model - Neptune T10 with corresponding MIUs where needed. Contractor shall be responsible for scheduling of appointments, mailings, replacing existing meters, removal of wiring for old MIUs, testing the meters and ensure meters can be read accurately by the Owner's meter reading equipment, providing installation-related data in an Owner- approved electronic format, and other items. Contractor shall furnish all labor and incidentals to replace existing meters' / meter registers on selected water service connections with the new Radio meters that are furnished by the Owner. The Owner's program goals include: equitable meter reading and billing, improved customer service, improved metering operations efficiency, and reduced non-revenue water.
