Campground Bathhouse Renovation

Project consists of construction a 300 SF addition to the existing Bathhouse for new ADA accessible toilets and showers. Work will include respective cosmetic improvements for the connection to the existing building, roof removal and replacement on the existing building, and HM door and frame replacements to make them ADA compliant. Other ADA improvements to the existing restroom including bathroom stall adjustments and sink apron removal. Electrical improvements consist of transformer replacement, meter base and panel replacement, and new lighting. Some miscellaneous mechanical and plumbing items are required to complete the addition. Sitework will be necessary for the addition along with some sidewalk replacement to meet ADA requirements and parking space regrading and repaving to meet ADA requirements. Finally, a new play structure and safety surface around the structure will be installed adjacent to the bathhouse facility.
