Description

Currently operates a water distribution system within approximately 6 square miles that serves an estimated 1230 water metered accounts, with the probability to add an additional 400 water meters through developments in the near future. The City of Ovilla now uses City employees who conduct manual meter readings. In some instances, residential properties are constructed with dual water meters for irrigation and domestic use.
