Award notification may occur earlier if the Evaluation Committee decides not to have Best and Final Offer discussions and submissions. Should the RFP Evaluation Committee determine that Best and Final Offer discussions are necessary, all Priority Listed Offerors are encouraged to be available to meet via teleconference or videoconference. NOTE: Due to a lengthy administrative review process, the contract commencement date may take up to ten months after award.
