HVAC and Moisture Remediation Project

Texas Southern University (TSU) is seeking a qualified company who can provide Air Quality and Air Purification Systems related to HVAC Networks, Building Envelope and Mold Remediation, such as; AHU’s, Filters, Pumps, Motor(VFD’s), Software, Water Proofing, etc., to be repaired, upgraded, modified, as well as new installation. TSU has identified fourteen (14) campus buildings for this project: Biggers Arts, RS Music, KTSU Radio and Radio Station, Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Sterling Student Life Center, Student Recreation Center, Student Health Center, Gray Hall, Hannah Hall, New Science, Alliee Mitchell Building, Martin Luther King, Paige Education and School of Public Affairs, for the following services: 1. Assessment(s). 2. Modifications. 3. Replacements of Parts, Equipment, and related systems components. 4. Upgrades. 5. Refurbishing of systems and related components. 6. Complete system change-out. 7. Rehabilitation. 8. Renovation(s). 9. New Installation(s).
