| Description | **As of February 20, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 1, 2024.** This project consists of, but is not limited to, the demolition of the existing finish flooring and base material including Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT) and Carpet. Testing for relative humidity, the preparation of the existing floor substrate, application of leveling compound, application of adhesives and installation of new Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT), Tile Carpeting, and Base Material including Transition Strips and Accessories. Bid Documents may be reviewed at the Office of the Architect/Engineer and the CCSD Procurement Services Department. Cobb County School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities. All communications concerning these documents and project must be submitted through the CCSD Bonfire Interactive Portal. Only inquiries received by 3:00 PM ET on December 18, 2023 will be considered.
