PROJECT SCOPE Located adjacent to the existing Akron Care Center will be a single-story wood framed addition at 17,700 square feet. The new 16-unit addition will have a blend of two-bedroom, one bedroom and studio apartments. The central commons area will include a loading dock area, offices for staff, living room and a central dining room. A 2,400 square foot partial basement will accommodate existing grade conditions and allow for storage of mechanical equipment. C.
