Water Treatment Plant 3/9 Modifications

Construction of an approximately 2,700 square feet pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) to expand the existing Water Treatment Plant (WTP) 3/9 building and adjacent WTP 8 building, located at 225 Beacon Lite Road, Monument, Colorado, 80132. This bid is to select the PEMB supplier to furnish and erect the metal building portion of the project. A general contractor for the overall WTP 3/9 Modifications project will be selected through a separate upcoming bid process.
