Description

Re-Bid: Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Services for a Certain State Building in Chelsea, MA. This project is for the testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, replacement and emergency services (24 hours a day, seven days a week) for all Fire Alarm Systems and Equipment (Fire Alarm S&E) and Fire Protection Systems and Equipment (Fire Protection S&E) in the referenced building. This project bid in accordance with M.G.L. Ch30 S39M. This Project bid in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30 Section 39M. This project is scheduled for 365 calendar days to substantial completion with three one-year options to renew. Scope: Testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, replacement and emergency services (24 hours a day, seven days a week) for all Fire Alarm Systems and Equipment (Fire Alarm S&E) and Fire Protection Systems and Equipment (Fire Protection S&E) in the referenced building. Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
