Description

Designing an exterior remediation of the TCC Building at the Enka Campus of AB Tech. The Enka campus of Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College is located at 1459 Sand Hill Rd, Candler, NC 28715. The building to be designed is a three (3) story, 168,000 square foot, mixed use building partially occupied by tenants of AB-Tech’s Small Business Center, academic and continuing education programming and other governmental agency partnerships. The facility is referred to as the Technology Commercialization Center (TCC Building). Services provided by the firm or individual must include, but are not limited to: 1. Design for removal of abandoned equipment and infill of roof structure. 2. Design for existing roof membrane removal. 3. Design for installation of new roof membrane. 4. Design for masonry repairs.
