20th North Street Reconstruction

Work includes improvements to streets, sidewalks, multi-use trail, ADA improvements, retaining wall, and landscape restoration on 20th North Street and North Front Street locations within the City limits of New Ulm, Minnesota. Approximate quantities of work include: 9,472 SY Bituminous Pavement Removals; 10,950 CY Common Excavation; 13,850 TONS Aggregate Base; 5,000 TONS Bituminous Pavement; 4,956 LF Subdrain Tubing; 851 LF RCP and PVC Storm Sewer Piping; 22 EA Storm Sewer Structures; 17 Manhole & Catch Basin Castings; 9,265 SF 4" Concrete Sidewalk; 2,335 SF 6” Concrete Sidewalk; 5,370 LF V624 Curb & Gutter; 1,450 SY 8" Concrete Driveway Pavement; 7,460 SY Sodding; 750 SF Modular Block Retaining Wall; 1 Street Lighting System.
