Description

1. Contractor(s) shall conduct all work during normal working hours unless deemed by HACA to be disruptive to the normal operations of the organization or an emergency. 2. Contractor shall only utilize licensed, trained and experienced employees to perform the work required on HACA properties. 3. Contractor shall provide uniforms and ID badges for all employees working on HACA’s properties. 4Contractor’s personnel shall be neat and conduct all work in a professional and efficient manner 5. If any employee of contractor is deemed unacceptable by HACA, Contractor shall immediately replace such personnel with an acceptable substitute to HACA within (2) business days. 6. Upon completion of trash removal services, or when directed by the Operations Director, Facilities Management, or Maintenance Supervisor, the Contractor shall conduct careful inspection with the Facilities Management or Maintenance Supervisor and shall correct all defective work to the satisfaction of HACA 7. Contractor(s) response to the property location for emergency calls shall be within two (2) hours after notification by HACA, including weekends and holidays. 8. Contractor shall call or check-in with the HACA representative who assigned the work. 9. Contractor shall inform HACA within two (2) working days of any change in contact information, including but not limited to contact personnel, mailing address, physical address, phone numbers and email addresses.
