Subject: 12305B22Q0087 Replace & Dispose of existing Chilled Water Coils THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The USDA-ARS Robert W. Holley Center for Agriculture and Health located on the Cornell University Campus in Ithaca, N.Y. is contemplating a firm fixed price contract for the replacement of failed Chilled Water Coils. The contractor shall provide all supplies, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to replace the existing Chilled Water Coils as described on the Draft SOW attached. IAW FAR 36.204(b), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Notice of Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns: The proposed solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS Code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is $16.5 million. Pre-Solicitation Site Visit: A pre-solicitation site visit will be held on Tuesday June 21, 2022, at 10:00AM (EST) at the project site located at: USDA-ARS, RW Holley Center for Agriculture/Health 538 Tower Road Ithaca, N.Y. 14853-2901 This will be the only site visit conducted.
