Description

The Scope of work will take place within the Grandy Village neighborhood and includes but is not limited to, all supervision, labor, material, and equipment necessary for demolition, hazardous materials abatement, utility work, and site work. The demolition work consists of two-story residential buildings that are masonry framed with cast concrete floors and beams and wooden roof trusses, clad in brick and stucco, and contain hazardous materials requiring abatement. Plans, Sections, and Elevations of existing buildings are included in the drawings for reference. Utility work will include partial demolition of existing infrastructure as outlined in the plans and specifications. Site work will consist primarily of grading.The full scope of work is described in the Contract Documents.
