Description

Miscellaneous repairs to and maintenance of existing parking decks across campus to include: Preparation of design, bid and construction documents for repairs to existing parking decks. Preparation of estimates of construction costs are required. Repairs include but are not limited to those identified in UNC Charlotte Parking Decks Condition Assessment Report. Potential items include repairs of deck structure, elevations, toppings, joints, sealants, masonry and concrete, membranes, coatings, etc. Validation of report findings and additional review and investigation as needed to identify all needed repair and maintenance work.
