Description

Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide summer turnover to include; interior cleaning, carpet cleaning-encapsulation, painting and caulking at the Village Apartment at West Campus, Buildings 1-6 to the Georgia College & State Univ (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. The contractor shall furnish all the necessary supervision, labor, tools and material (EXCLUDING PAINT) as well as workmens compensation and liability insurance to perform the following work at Georgia College and State University (GCSU). For the summer turnover of 2023, GCSU is requesting a full paint in building 3 and building 4. A full paint is described as a building that will receive paint in all of the apartment suites. The remaining 4 buildings will only receive paint in 10 complete suites per building. A suite is a complete apartment, 4 bedrooms, 2-bathroom areas, 1 living area, and 1 kitchen. West Campus Village is for the majority 12-month leases and most of the buildings will be occupied throughout the entire summer. Scheduling and coordination is paramount in the summer turnover process. GCSU Housing will be sharing information of unoccupied rooms as they become available. Check each building description in the scope of work for specific details on that building.
