Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Aurora, Indiana. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot. A full scope has not been determined for this project. However, upgrades could include new locker rooms at the school, concession stands, coaches offices, bleachers, gymnasium improvements and addition of a new parking lot at both the baseball and softball fields. As of July 12, 2022, the project is in design. The construction documents completion timeline has not been released. The tentative bid schedule for contractors has not been disclosed. Construction is slated to begin late 2022; however, the firm date has not been determined.
