Happy Acres Cow Barn Siding/Windows/Cupola Repairs

Siding Replacement on Cow Barn Scope: 1. Remove and replace approximately 2200 square feet of 1” x 6”and 1” x 8” pine tongue and grovesiding. 2. Allnewsiding will be primed on six sides before installation. 3. All new sidingwhere patched in will have proper flashing installed. 4. Remove and replace approximately 160 lnft of 5/4 x 6 corner boards. 5. Remove and replace approximately 160 lnft of 5/4 x 4 corner boards. 6. Remove and replace approximately 80 lnft of pine 1 x 6 novelty siding. 7. Supply and install ½”plywood to soffits on Cow Barn in order to keep birds from nesting. Window Replacement Scope: 1. Remove and replace 9 window units (19 sash total) 1 ea. 9’ triple, 2 ea. 8’ triple, 4 ea. 6’double, 2 ea. 3’ single. Install new trim and flashing on all new windows. Cupola Repairs Scope: 1. Install aluminum flashing on three barn cupolas where missing. Patch in asphalt shingles to match existing. 2. Install new siding where needed in order to properly flash. 3. Install steel hardware mesh to inside of cupola vents to keep birds out (24 vents).
