Description New York State Department of Transportation (Department) is to purchase Pavemend SLQ, Protectosil® BH-N, SIL-ACT™ ATS-100LV, and SIL-ACT™ ATS-100, products from the Department’s established NYSDOT Approved Materials Listing. The Pavemend SLQ is a rapid hardening concrete repair material used by Department employees for bridge and road repair. The Protectosil® BH-N, SIL-ACT™ ATS-100LV and SIL-ACT™ ATS-100 are concrete sealers used by Department employees for sealing structural concrete.
