RFQ - STL Buried Sewer Assessment and GIS Mapping

the New York Power Authority (Hereafter, the "Authority" or "NYPA") Invites You to Submit a Proposal to Furnish All Supervision, Labor, Materials and Equipment (Except for Services, Materials and/or Equipment to Be Furnished by Others as Specifically Referred to in the Contract Documents) and Perform a Field Investigation, Create a Gis Mapping Database and Perform an Assessment of All Buried Water Drainage Systems, I.e. Drainage/storm/combined, Culverts, Oil/water Separation Systems, Retention Basins, Outfalls and Their Components on the St. Lawrence Power Project (STL) Property on Barnhart Island in Massena, NY. Project team shall review all NYPA supplied reference information including technical documents, manufacturers specifications, design flows, and existing drawings. As part of this task, the consultant shall provide a brief letter report of the understanding of the project scope and requirements, and note any additional information required prior to the start of work, including other information not included in the documents or discovered during the site visit. In addition, the consultant shall meet with NYPA site personnel to discuss historical SPDES effluent monitoring, exceedances, and site requirements for waste management. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
