Clarence Mitchell Courthouse Window Replacement - 197-031 - City of Baltimore

This project will replace all 280 original single-pane wood windows in the Courthouse, built in 1900, with new windows. The windows leak are difficult to operate and have reached the end of their useful life. This project is included in the city's FY 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program. As of March 2, 2023, further details regarding design and construction timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
