Description

The Maryland Department of General Services (DGS) plans to construct a new pedestrian trail and bridge at Pocomoke State Park located in Snow Hill, Maryland. Starting on the west side of the Corker Creek, the project will consist of the construction of approximately 191-feet of 5’ wide gravel trail at grade, 191-feet of elevated 6’ wide boardwalk over existing wetland area, an 80-foot long pedestrian bridge that spans Corkers Creek, 257-feet of elevated 6’ wide boardwalk and another 765-feet of 5’ wide gravel trail. The new trail system will connect existing walking trails already present in the park.
