BID PACKAGE #2 - SITEWORK, FOUNDATIONS, WATERPROOFING, ELEVATORS, & ELECTRICAL The project will consist of a new free standing 5.5 Story 500 car Structural Precast Parking Garage with associated sitework and infrastructure work. The planned garage will be located on the Barshop Institute site at 4939 Charles Katz Dr, San Antonio, TX 78229. The project design is currently at 100% Design Development. Subcontractor awards will be made from the proposal effort. Joeris is selecting trade partners for the below listed project specific scopes ONLY all other trades will be issued in subsequent bid packages. Scope of Work to include ONLY: SWPPP, Cast-in-place Foundations & Paving, Waterproofing, Elevators, Electrical, Sitework (including Contractor Laydown Area) Site Utilities (Including French Drain and Sump Pit) Participation by Certified HUB firms are encouraged. *Please note that the listed value reflects the entire scope of work.
