PROJECT OVERVIEW Snohomish County Public Works seeks to hire a consulting team to evaluate, and develop engineering, permitting, and construction documents to mitigate scour risk for Bridge #1 that carries Airport Way/Avenue D over the Snohomish River south of the city of Snohomish. The following major items of work are anticipated: Hydraulic/River Engineering Structural Engineering Geotechnical Engineering NEPA – Documented CE Section 106 National Historic Preservation Act Section 7 ESA documentation and likely formal consultation Permitting support Bidding documents including plans, specifications, engineer’s estimate Construction Support Services Bridge inspection and revised scour evaluation |
