Construct Inpatient Dialysis

Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision to Construct Inpatient Dialysis at Central Arkansas Veteran Healthcare System (CAVHS), located at 2200 Fort Roots Road, NLR, AR. 72114. All work is to comply with terms and conditions of this solicitation, Statement of Work (SOW), Specifications & Drawings. This procurement is as a Firm-Fixed Price contract under primary NAICS code of 236220, Size std. $39.5M. The magnitude of construction is between $2.0M and $5.0M per FAR 36.204 and VAAR 836.204. Bid Bonds, Payment and Performance Bonds are required. Contractor shall use the attached US Department of Labor Wage Determinations AR20220032 in accordance with the Davis Bacon Act. Deadline for solicitation inquiries is Monday, Jan. 23, 2023, at 1:00PM CST. Inquiries submitted after the prescribed date and time may not be considered. This is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside competitive procurement pursuant to Public Law 109-461 (38 USC 8127). The SDVOSB is required to perform a minimum of 15% of the construction work. The SDVOSB must be a small business under the relevant NAICS code. Vendors submitting proposals under a Joint Venture shall submit a copy of their Joint Venture agreement with their offer. Joint Ventures shall comply with VAAR 819.7003(c). IMPORTANT: All SDVOSB contractors shall be Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) verified with the assigned NAICS code in order to receive contract award.
