Replacement Lighting for Band Center

Electrician replace current lights with LED fixtures and lights at the Band Center. The contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, services, and supervision required to meet standards and quality shown below. 1. All lights will be daylight color. 2. Remove existing lights and install new lights and fixtures per schedule (Exhibit A). 3. Dispose of existing light fixtures off site in a legal manor. 4. Can lights will have the bulbs only existing fixtures will remain. 5. This will be performed during normal working hours 8 AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. 6. Duke energy credit will not be part of the bid evaluation. 7. Install 3 ea. New track lighting. 8. The new track lighting will be run out of the existing panel in the center of the band room. 9. 3 new 3/4" EMT separate runs for each new track lighting with dimmable light switch on each run.
