Project Code: 204-19010 DEB Project Code: 204-B0204-003 The project is generally described as the renovation of the exterior building façade on Swem Library and generally installing new aluminum windows at the 1987 Addition, repairing existing aluminum curtain walls at the 2005 Addition, flashing the brick shelf angles, re-pointing the sections of the brick masonry, installing a clear water repellant to the brick masonry, installation of sealants, and installing retro-fit anchors in the brick veneer in some areas. Swem Library is a four-story brick and limestone clad building over a steel stud and CMU back-up that has three sections: the original building, a 1987 Addition, and a 2005 Addition.
