Description

Existing slab is indicated to be a 10" concrete slab over a 12" void wI #5 at 10" o.c. each way top and bottom. See plumbing drawings for special design considerations. Contractor to locate existing sewer lines prior to commencement of construction. All new construction shall match the tenant finish schedule, including paint. lighting, ceiling tile, floor base, carpet, hardware, switches, and all other construction materials. Coordinate any deviation with the Citv of Louisville Project Managers). David Haves and Dave Szabados. All new areas shall have new flooring, base, ceiling tiles (except in the hallway where the ceiling is to remain open). and a light switch (except as otherwise specified in permit plans). Refer to engineers, plans for specific changes to lighting. HVAC. plumbing and fire protection as necessary to go from existing floor plan and occupancies to the planned ones. Coordinate and install electrical power and data conduit for these spaces with the Citv IT Manager and low voltage contractor. Refer to hardware, door and tenant finish schedules for all doors and hardware-Utilize existing materials from the demolition of the space as called out on the architectural plans. The Citv does not provide new or used material or eguipment for construction or completion of the project. Basement Finish: Provide communication/technology enhancements to the existing training room. Provide HVAC upgrades. Provide new secured PD records storage in the storage closet off the training room. Existing tenant finishes in training room to remain. Add new door from existing unfinished evidence room to existing hallway. Evidence room to remain unfinished. Add new multi-purpose room with technology accommodations eguipped for an emergency operations center per drawings. Provide walls around perimeter of future sleep rooms (to be unfinished on sleep room side and walls to be finished on hallway side) and provide one finished lactation and sleep room as shown. Provide finished hallway. Ceiling to remain open. Provide research/report writing area with built-in cabinetry. Provide sound attenuation walls, doors. HVAC. electrical at radio recording space. Add new men's and women's locker rooms and restrooms per tenant finish schedule and plan details. Provide low voltage requirements for secured doors as listed in the door and hardware schedule. Provide one single head camera and one double head camera. Provide low voltage wiring as indicated. Completion of the bathrooms and locker rooms, sleep room/lactation room, and a oom for report writing. Multi-purpose room, improvements to the training room (including communication/technology enhancements), and completion of the radio recording space.
