Complete Streets Phase 1 - Cedar Hill Downtown

Project description is pavement, water, sanitary sewer, drainage, Oncor conduit, sidewalk and landscape improvements along Broad St and Cedar St in Downtown Cedar Hill. Approximate quantities for major items for this project include: 3,700 SY of 8” Reinforced Concrete Pavement on 4,000 SY of 8” Crushed Concrete Base; 1,500 CY of Unclassified Roadway Excavation; 2,940 SY of Reinforced Concrete Sidewalk; 13 Curb Ramps; 900 LF of 8” Sanitary Sewer; 1,100 of 8” C900 Water Main; 500 LF & 61 LF of 24” & 18” RCP Drainage Pipe; Landscape; Lighting; Irrigation; and all other items. The work awarded under this contract shall include one or more of the following locations: Cedar Street between Railroad and Broad Street & Broad Street between Beltline and Cedar Street.
