Description	Full design engineering services as part of the Chestnut – 2nd to Howard IRRP Project. The project has limits that extend 0.42 miles from 2nd Avenue Street to Howard Street. The proposed project will replace water main/services, sewer main/services, rehabilitate and/or replace the storm water collection facilities, rehabilitate the roadway, make traffic signal improvements at the 2nd/Chestnut intersection, ADA improvements, and assess/improve street lighting.
