| Description | Fall Cleanup 2022 Collection Services & Equipment Bid bond or certified check required in the amount of $3,500.00 Bid bond or certified check shall be made payable to "City of omaha" Contact Information: via email to bidquestions@douglascounty-ne.gov Right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids in their entirety and the bidders shall have the right to appeal any decision to the Omaha City Council. The term of this contract shall be for four (4) Saturdays over a period of four (4) weeks, with Fall Cleanup beginning on October 1, 2022 and ending on October 22, 2022. However, the City reserves the sole option to cancel or suspend the contract at any time with fourteen (14) day notice to the Contractor. |
