Work to be Done The work to be done under the Contract. in accordance with the Contract Documents. consists of performing. installing. furnishing, and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project : 2019-179 Squire Hall-Renovations to First Floor Clinics and carrying out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: The First Floor Dental Clinic Renovation project will consist of new dental clinical space. The existing dental clinic will be renovated with new operatories. The clinic will receive new walls, floors, ceilings light fixtures. paint and finishes. dental chairs, and utilities to meet current building codes and HIPPA requirements. The project scope on the first floor will include demolition of a portion of the existing dental clinics on the first floor and demolition of a temporary storage area built during the Implant Center construction. The proposed clinic renovations will be located on the first floor of Squire Hall near the Check-in and Implant Center. The program also includes support spaces including the following: Instrument prep areas. Supply storage Consultation rooms Small labs. X-ray rooms. CAD CAM and Milling lab Staff and faculty workstations
