| Description | The project is completely Electrical, with supporting Mechanical systems. The project is intended to add a Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for the networks and computers, to add backup generator power to the entire facility. As part of the project, two new ATS switches will be provided, and two new panelboards. Existing feeders, panels and circuits will be modified to accommodate the emergency power and UPS systems. For the remote generator, service disconnects are provided as well as an EPO button to meet the new NEC code. A manual transfer and a tap box is provided for a backup alternative for trailer set connections. For base bid, the mechanical system consists of a transfer air fan to cool the electrical room. |
