| Description | The project includes the following HVAC Improvements: 1. Remove and replace terminal oil-fired boiler, piping, on existing equipment pads and modify fuel oil system as detailed. 2. Remove and replace circulation pumps on existing equipment pads and connect to existing piping. Existing air separator, compression tanks and make-up water system to remain. 3. Remove and replace existing indoor and roof top air handling units, curbs and controls. 4. Provide new condensing units and refrigerant piping to associated indoor air handling units. 5. Provide new domestic hot water heater and connect to existing domestic water piping. |
