2022 Water Storage Tank Painting Project

For the following: Furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to paint the South Ridge 1.0 MG Hydropillar Water Storage Tank and the South Ridge 500,000 Gallon Elevated Legged Tank. Pricing proposals should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed envelope marked on the outside with Utilities Department, 1MG Hydropillar and 500,000 Gallon Elevated Legged Tank Painting Project and Questions regarding the painting project should be directed to Jimmy Andrews, 770-781-2008 or jimmyandrews@cityofcumming.net no later than June 6, 2022. No one submitting a proposal may withdraw their proposal within 90 days after the actual date of proposal opening. Acceptance and awarding of the project pricing proposal will be made at a later date.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Painting.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
